The Kansas City Chiefs and Green Packers appear to be the cream of the crop in the NFL through Week 16 of the 2020 season.
The Chiefs were certainly tested against the Atlanta Falcons, but they managed to pull out a 17-14 victory. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes tossed a 25-yard, go-ahead touchdown with under two minutes to go in the game. The Chiefs locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC and will have a bye the first week of the playoffs.
Green Bay, on the other hand, rolled in a 40-14 win over the Tennessee Titans at snowy Lambeau Field. Aaron Rodgers completed 21 of 25 passes for 231 yards and four touchdowns in the victory. For the Packers, it was their fifth-straight win. A victory over the Chicago Bears in Week 17, will give the Packers the No. 1 seed in the NFC and a bye week heading into the postseason.
Week 16 result: 38-9 win over New England Patriots
