Barron Trump is taller than his mom, even in her heels, and hes sporting a new haircut

As per custom, America hasn’t seen or heard much about 13-year-old Barron Trump since his dad became president, so many people might have missed it: The kid has really grown.
And he’s got a new haircut, more hip than the shaggier cut he sported when he first got to the White House in June 2017.
This became obvious Sunday evening when President Trump, first lady Melania Trump and Barron returned to the White House after a weekend in New Jersey at the Trump golf resort in Bedminster.
As usual, the White House press photographers were there to record the trio’s walk to Air Force One in New Jersey, and the walk from Marine One on the South Lawn back to the White House.
It was clear that Barron has soared in height: He’s now at least slightly taller than either of his parents, even the first lady in her customary five-inch stilettos. The president is said to be 6-foot-3-inches tall.
His haircut was new, too: Shorter, almost shaved on the sides, longer on the top but shorter than his previous cuts.
As recently as February, before he turned 13 in March, Barron appeared to be shorter in pictures with his parents. But the most significant contrast can be seen in photos of the Trump inauguration ceremony on Jan. 20, 2017.
Barron, who attends a private school in Potomac, Md., about 20 miles from the White House, is known to be a keen soccer player, even as his lanky frame inches toward basketball-level height.
Some on Twitter noticed.
“NBA scouts looking at Barron Trump like,” tweeted Cameron King, a college Republican and political commentator.
Some joked that the U.S. must have a new growth formula.
“Barron Trump is 13 and he’s taller than his 6ft 2 father. Does the US government have some kind of special growth formula because this is crazy,” tweeted Jahan Sahni.
USA TODAY reached out to the White House for comment but received no reply.
The White House rule when it comes to the media covering any president’s children is always “no comment,” at least until they turn 18.
Pictures, too, are usually off-limits unless the child is in public with his parents, as Barron was Sunday.
